Windri Marieta A., S.H.

Windri Marieta is a graduate from Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia in 2007. She is currently practicing law in one of prominent law firms in Jakarta.

During her study in law school, Windri has represented Indonesia in several prestigious international law moot competitions. She began in 2005 where she managed to be the Runner-up of Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition in Tokyo, Japan.

In 2006 and 2007, Windri joined the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition held in Vienna, Austria and successfully managed her team into the 18th position out of 178 teams coming from all over the world.

Having graduated, from law school, Windri was asked to coach the 2008 Universitas Indonesia team in the Vis Competition. Again, Windri successfully managed the team into the 15th position out of 204 participants.

Windri is also active in various organizations. While she was in law school, she led the Asian Law Students Association (ALSA) English Debating Club, Universitas Indonesia Local Committee and actively participated in International Law Moot Court Society (ILMS) Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. Now, Windri is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Indonesia Chapter and Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).

With these tremendous achievements, Windri was crowned as the 2008 IPBA scholar, being the one and only young lawyer scholar from Indonesia and granted a full scholarship to attend the 18th International Annual Conference in Los Angeles.

During her spare time, she loves to play piano, guitar, drum and novel writing.
